2. Pick a pricing methodMargin-based (price from your target margin), MSRP-derived (wholesale = MSRP ÷ keystone), or Multiplier (cost × multiplier). All three are shown side by side; a divergence flag calls out material disagreement.
3. Confirm your wholesale priceThe method price is prefilled — adjust it to your final number. You are warned if it falls below unit cost.
4. Validate the dealThe Wholesale Check shows maker margin (on price) and markup (on cost) separately, against your margin floor. The Retailer Check tests your MSRP against the retailer’s expected margin: PASS, CAUTION, or FAIL.
5. Set order terms & tiersUnit MOQ, minimum order value, opening/reorder minimums, and case packs — the app names the binding constraint. Up to three volume tiers are protected by your margin floor: no tier may price below it.
6. Compare with DTCSee profit per unit wholesale vs direct-to-consumer after channel fees, and how many wholesale units match one DTC sale.
7. Save & re-costName the product and choose Save Product. Open My Products to reopen, duplicate, delete — or Re-cost when costs change. Export your wholesale price list to CSV anytime.
